The college is actually good.
Placements: 60% of students were placed in our course. The highest package is 80 Lacs, and the lowest package is 10 Lacs. The average package is 30 Lacs. Top recruiting companies of the college are Amazon and Flipkart. Top roles offered in our course are coding and computer labs.
Infrastructure: The college offers Wi-Fi, a chemistry laboratory, a physics lab, a library, and AC classrooms. The quality of the mess is good, but they can improve it. The canteen is available almost 24 hours. There is a night canteen also. The medical facilities are good. The pharmacy is available 24 hours.
Faculty: The teachers are very qualified, dignified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. The semester exams are tough. The pass percentage is 70%. The semester exams are challenging; that is why the pass percentage is only 70 percent. Sometimes the paper is somewhat easy, but most of the time, it is difficult.
Other: I chose this course because it has many options to get jobs. Coding is the best thing about my course.

Review of NIT by student.
Placements: My college has a good placement record. The highest package offered to students in my course was 18 lakhs, and the lowest was 7 lakhs. Top recruiting companies are interested in this course. Over 70% of students in my course got internships.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available in this course are very good. My college has classrooms and Wi-Fi. The food is tasty and the students like it. There is a medical facility, and sports and games are played on campus.
Faculty: The quality of teaching here is really good. The teachers are very helpful and qualified, and the course curriculum is designed to make students industry-ready. The semester exams are easy, so the pass percentage is very good.
Other: I don't think there is any desire to improve this course. There are events that happen on campus, and scholarships are available.

Campus Life at NIT ROURKELA (INTEGRATED M.Sc. MATHEMATICS).
Placements: Around 50% student who applied were placed, but the opportunities for Int. M.Sc. student were very less, although Maths was better than all the other three branches. Also, if you have a very keen interest in coding then you can go for it. No coursework include or shall help you in the placement process. There are few companies who come for teaching Like Aakash, Fiit JEE Byjus etc. But ezcept FIITJEE and AAKASH there packages are too low.
Infrastructure: Overall infrastructure for college is very good, its a very beautiful campus you can never get bored of it. But again talkinh about Int. M.Sc. you will be very dissapointed whilst comparing to other B.Teach bramches. Hostels are great there are badminton courts and volleyball courts in all hostels. Food was also great in our time cant say for now. Hostels activities are very engaging intra hostel tournaments inter hostel tournaments and many more things.
Faculty: Faculty members are great, there are some teachers whom you might find not so engaging but on the other hand there are some professors who are more than willing to help, Curriculum is basically of pure Maths you won't get any taste of applied Maths so don't expect anything more from it.
Other: If you have a very keen interest in Maths then you xan go for it, else I won't suggest to go for int. M.Sc. math just for the sake of getting into NIT. Also the math that you will be taught here will be completely different from what you have learnt in 11th and 12th.

NIT Rourkela - A platform to touch your dreams.
Placements: Every year, 100 percent of students are placed in different sectors, the highest package being 52 LPA from Microsoft and the lowest being 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Bajaj Auto, ITC, HPCL, BPCL, HUL, Maruti Suzuki, TVS, ICICI Bank, etc. Most of the roles are GET (Graduate Trainee Engineer) for the first year in the company.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the mechanical department is the best on campus. Wi-Fi is available in every department and academic building. There are two separate buildings called Lecture Avenues in which classes are held, and they also consist of computer labs. Coming to the hostels, there are 8 boys' hostels and 3 girls' hostels. Mess food can be a complaint in some hostels on certain days. There is also a pure veg mess.
Faculty: Some teachers can be strict and stingy with marks and grades, but all are highly knowledgeable, having the best teaching experience in the country. The course subjects are set in such a way that even weak students can keep up, as all the topics are taught from scratch.
Other: The decision to choose this course was based on my interest in mechanical engineering. This college has got me a company too. Fests are the heart of the college. There are 3 fests, and 1 celebrity night happens in the college.

Tour of NIT Rourkela and you get to know all about it.
Placements: In my course, there is less placement because they are not eligible for many companies. But in core, we got many placement options. But then also many of our students get placed, like 60-70 percent of students get placed. And the highest package in my course is 35 lacs.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my college is good, but in some parts it is very old, so it should be replaced or renovated, but work is in progress. The classrooms are good and well furnished, and all classes have smart classes. And the hostel rooms are also decent, and the food is also average. There are 4 main grounds for the sport, and there is a separate sports complex.
Faculty: Yes, the teachers are very helpful, well qualified, and maximum qualified from these NITs and IITs, and they also have great teaching techniques. And the curriculum is also good; the students who pay attention can be industry-ready to face all the difficulties. The semester exams are moderate and are not difficult, I think. Every student passed the exam, but 2–5 percent did not.
Other: I have interest in this course, so I have chosen it. And the campus life is also good and excellent.

Best facilities are in our college.
Placements: 80% of students are placed every year in our college. The highest packages is 44 LPA and the lowest packages are 3.2 to 5 LPA, with an average package of 7 to 9 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Infosys, IBM, Google, Meta, Genpact, etc. More than 500 students are placed in good companies for internships as well as jobs guarantees.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good and newly painted. Most of the area is green, both inside and outside the college. Our department is the best because we get all the facilities from them, like exam books, internet connections, Wi-Fi and clean classrooms. Hostel food is good.
Faculty: Teachers are well trained and have more years of experience in teaching. They are well qualified from top-reputed colleges. The teaching facilities in our college, especially in our courses, are very good. The course curriculum is relevant to new trends and students learn practically, which makes them ready for the industry. For the semester exams like 7th and 8th, the passing percentage is 67%.
