Both of them have good infrastructures and offer a great experience to students through student and faculty exchange programmes. The placements are great in both the institutes and both the universities offer scholarships to various course students. The faculty is good at NIT Trichy and NIT Rourkela. So which one is the best university depends on what the person is searching for in a particular college or institute.
