Both the colleges are good for M.Tech CSE but Jadavpur University is better than NIT Silchar in terms of education and placement.

Go for CSE in NIT Patna as the placements in NIT Patna are improving and also, some big projects are going on in NIT Patna.

Yes, NIT-Hamirpur is very good college from this college, because it placement is too good many companies visited it and it established on 1960, so it is very good.

CS in triple it is better from Civil branch, because civil has no any scope in private sector versus very best score in private sector.
