If your OBC rank is not exceeding 57k then you have high chances of getting a seat in civil engineering in NIT Silchar.

As you have scored 18025 in SC category in JEE Mains exam, so you are eligible to take admission in this college. But getting a seat in NIT Silchar in electronics or any other branches in first round will be difficult for you. So,

Yes, you can definitely get admission in NIT Silchar, because of your caste. You rank is not too good but you can get admission for Electrical Branch.
