I've got 98.9 percentile in JEE Mains paper 2 (architecture). Can I get admission in NIT Tiruchirappalli.

At this percentile there is no chance to get any of NIT. For getting NIT you have to score at least 96 percentile in this examination.

There are total of around 560 seats in NIT B.Arch branch all over India. Therefore, it's not possible for you to get admission in any of the NITs.
