The eligibility criteria for admission to LL. M. programs at National Law Universities (NLUs) in India vary from institution to institution. However, in general, to be eligible for LL. M. admission at an NLU, you must have completed an LL.B. Or equivalent degree from a recognised university with a minimum aggregate score of 50% or above. As for your CLAT 2020 score of 20.5, it's important to note that the CLAT score is typically used for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate law programs, such as the LL.B. And LL. M. programs. However, the qualifying cutoff scores for admission to LL. M. programs at NLUs through CLAT vary each year based on factors such as the total number of applicants, the difficulty level of the test, and the availability of seats in the programme. It's recommended that you check the official website of the NLU (s) that you are interested in and their admission notifications to know the cutoff score for admission to the LL. M. programme in the current year. If you meet the cutoff score criteria, you may be eligible to apply for the LL. M. programme at the NLU (s) of your choice. It's also worth noting that some NLUs may have additional eligibility criteria, such as work experience or qualifying in an entrance exam conducted by the respective NLU. Therefore, it's recommended that you check the specific requirements of the NLU (s) you're interested in to determine your eligibility for admission to the LL. M. programme.
