The chances of getting NUALS Kochi are very less because the total number of seats are 60 only, in which 31 seats are for state domicile. As per the OBC reservation only 9 seats are for state domicile OBCs. So chances are very less. For BA LLB

The chances of getting NUALS Kochi are very less because the total number of seats are 60 only, in which 31 seats are for state domicile. As per the OBC reservation only 9 seats are for state domicile OBCs. So chances are very less. For BA LLB, NUALS Kochi fee is around Rs. 2.07 lakh per year.

The following are some NLUs that have NRI quota seats for admission to law courses:
1. West Bengal National Law University of Judicial Sciences: Around 20 NRI and NRI-sponsored seats
2. National Law University, Bhopal: Around 27 NRI and sponsored seats
3. National Law University, Jodhpur: Total 16 NRI seats
4. National Law University, Odisha: Total 15 NRI and NRI-sponsored seats
5. Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Patiala: Only 5 NRI seats
6. Himachal Pradesh National Law University: Total 18 NRI seats

The following documents must be presented during the counseling process at NLU, Delhi:
1. In case of B.A. LL.B. (Hons): The Marksheets of Class XII and Class X
2. For LL. M. admission: The marksheets of graduation in LL.B. Or equivalent, Class XII and Class X.
3. In the case of a Ph.D. programme, the marksheets of an LL. M. or equivalent, including other previous degree marksheets
4. The latest Character Certificate
5. Transfer Certificate

1- AILET is an exam only for NLU Delhi students. Though it is tougher than CLAT this exam has only relevance for NLU Delhi, as no other NLU or private college accepts AILET scores, whereas CLAT is considered by all NLUs except NLU Delhi. Private colleges also accept CLAT scores.
2- NLSIU was established far earlier than NLUD. Hence, the alumni network is far better. Apart from producing great lawyers, NLSIU also promotes more research and has more prestige at the national as well as international levels. Needless to say, ultimate placements are far better than NLUD. (Though placements at NLUD are also very good.
3- Bangalore is the IT hub of India. Hence, a huge number of companies are there. Hence, opportunities are seamless.
4- Apart from this, the climate in Delhi is extreme. But Bangalore has decent weather and climate. These are the reasons why people choose to be in NLSIU rather than NLUD. I hope this will help you.
