No, you cannot migrate from Chandigarh University to Panjab University, Delhi University, Banaras Hindu University, any other National Law University as these universities do not allow lateral entry into their LLB, BA programs. There are few rules that need to be follow when migratimg from one college to another in Punjab University.The candidate will submit a formal application for migration together with all necessary paperwork to the Chairperson, Directors, and Coordinators.The Board of Control of the relevant department shall confirm that at least 80% of the course material covered by the candidate in prior semesters is the same as in the course to which he or she is migrating, and shall also review the candidate's whole file. Following that, the department will adhere to the protocol that was agreed by the committee. After receiving admission, the case is transmitted to A.R. [R&SJ, Admission Section with the Dean of University Instruction's consent.Migration from other colleges or universities will only be permitted with due diligence and on the basis of merit. The migration cost, which is worth Rs. 50,000, would be applied to all applicants.
