Candidates must have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized educational board to apply for further admission. The candidate must have passed at least a Bachelor degree examination with at least 50% in any discipline. Students must have scored the minimum required percentage in the DUET MBA entrance examination. For direct admission, it is mandatory to have a Bachelor of business administration with 55% marks in aggregate. The qualifying examination must be from a UGC approved university.

So, you will not be eligible to apply for this college. Though your question is even if your percentile is eligible your quant score is low then can you apply? So, the answer is yes you can. Because NMIMS sees the overall score and not the subjective scores so if you have a better overall score then you can apply for NMIMS.
