Hello,
For admission in NMIMS or any best engineering college, your eligibility is that you must passed your 10+2 with 60 % marks or more. But, admission is based on entrance exam and your rank and cutoff also matter in that.

Previous year cut-off in CLAT for admission in NMIMS went upto 90 marks. Cut-off mainly depends on the difficulty level of the exam. The basic idea is that if you have a rank around 3500, you have good chances to get admission in NMIMS.

I would suggest you to look for the rate of return (ROI) for every university/institute. It's calculated as ROI = Package expected or avg. package divided by fees of the college. For e.g. - for BVIMR average package is 6 LPA and fees is 6 LPA.

I would suggest you to look for the rate of return (ROI) for every university/institute. It's calculated as ROI = Package expected or avg. package divided by fees of the college. For e.g. - for BVIMR average package is 6 LPA and fees is 6 LPA. So ROI would be 1.For Amity average package is somewhere around 8 LPA and the fees is 12 LPA. So ROI would be 0.67. Choose a college which has the highest ROI. Among the institutes you have named, NMIMS and Symbiosis have very good ratings. The fees in NMIMS is around 19 lakhs for MBA. Choose a college for which you are confident that you can "earn back" its fees in 2-3 years. BVIMR and Amity stands same on ratings, with IPU lower than them.

No, NMIMS don't provide with any Gujrati quota. Admissions are solely on the basis of CLAT score.

Both the colleges are a good option. But NMIMS still stands and will always stand above MICA.

Hostel services are not available in the campus itself. Anyhow, private hostels are available nearby college. A personal suggestion, go for PG or Flat. Best of luck.

Yes, it is possible! You have to score more than 210 marks in NMAT to get a call for GD-PI. But actually, it requires much higher score to convert the same.
