Hi Ayan, the eligibility criteria for E-MBA is a graduation degree from a UGC certified institute and 5 years of work experience. EMBA program accepts NMAT and GMAT scores. The cutoff for NMAT is 200 and the same for GMAT is 600. Candidates are then shortlisted for a round of interview before final admission. The intake is around 120. My advice for you will be aim for a high NMAT or GMAT score, that will make your life easier. All the best.

Hi Rohit, NMIMS does not accept GMAT scores. Admission takes place on the basis of NMAT score only.

NMIMS had a HR batch since its inception and recently in 2013, it got separated. Now we have a separate MBA HR batch so that we can focus on core HR subjects and hot topics from 1st year itself. NMIMS is the only college in India which has a tag up with SHRM, a facility which no other colleges providing MBA HR enjoys. Apart from that, the entire course structure was changed last year to meet the corporate demands. All in all we have great faculties and alumni base for support and it will be a good choice to select MBA HR in NMIMS. For placement details, you can check the official site for placement details. Hope i have given you enough reasons to join.

Hello Archish, this is a pretty rare case where i got someone with the same name. Anyways coming to your doubt, i would suggest NMIMS over IIM Shillong. NMIMS scores over IIM S in almost all aspects, be it brand value, placements, alumni base, location or faculties.
NMIMS has been standing tall since 35 years compared to the 9 year old IIM S. When you compare Mumbai to Shillong, its pretty evident which location will have an advantage given that Mumbai is the commercial capital of the country. If you look at the placement history, NMIMS with its large batch strength is way ahead. Alums of NMIMS are spread all over the world. These should be the parameters which should be used when you compare between b-schools and NMIMS scores over IIM S. So my advice for you is to join NMIMS
