There is no problem that you have not filled SET exam form. You just have to go to their campus and apply for the course.

Yes, you can get admission in B.Tech Automobile Engineering in direct second year (3rd semester). Please contact NIU regarding this. For admission through lateral entry, candidate must have passed Diploma or B.Sc degree with minimum 50% marks.
