This university established in 1962 and is the second the oldest university related to agriculture in India. The fees for various courses depends upon various levels. Btech they charge 19 ,410 for first year which is relatively cheaper than the MSc course they provide (i.e 35,071 for 1st year. And for BSC agriculture and B.Sc Hons  the fees is of 17,860 for 1st year.B.v.sc it is Rs. 21,860 for 1st year.M.Tech and M.V.Sc it is Rs.35,569 for 1st year.
