It offers a wide variety of courses, including diploma, research-level, undergraduate, and graduate programs in the health sciences. For all of its courses, the university has a set admissions procedure. Candidates for undergraduate and graduate programs take an entrance exam and then receive counselling. While admission to MD/MS & PG Diploma programs is based on NEET PG performance, admission to MBBS and BDS programs is dependent on NEET UG results. NEET SS scores are used to evaluate candidates for the DM and M.Ch programs, whereas NEET MDS scores are taken into account for the MDS program. For admission to additional undergraduate and graduate programs, UHSR additionally administers its own Common Entrance Test (CET).
