In case you have failed to clear JEE Mains then don't get disheartened. There are many private universities which are no less than the government universities. They offer the same quality education and better facilities than many of the government institutions. Most of the private universities like LPU, VIT, SRM, etc. have made name for themselves for quality education, good placements, good faculty, etc. They admit students on different criteria like +2 marks, JEE marks and their own test scores. For seeking admission to the Bachelor of Science course in physics, candidates must have completed their higher secondary examination in science stream and they must have secured good percentage of marks in the physics examination at their 10+2 level.

Admission shall be made on the basis of the basic criteria and additional criteria, if applicable to any of the individual/constituent college/ department. Basic Criteria for M.A. / M.Sc. Or Equivalent

The admission to B.Com Course from the session 2018-19 under semester system shall be made according to the provisions, PU calendar. Admission to the first semester of B.Com. Degree course shall be open to a person who has passed one of the following examinations conducted by a recognised board.
