2nd PU is equivalent to class 12th. After completing 2 PU, you won't be able to get admission in M.Sc. or M.Ed. Firstly, you need to opt for a graduation degree and thereafter you can opt for any of the degree mentioned above.
6 years ago I got 9.4 CGPA in 10th, 60% in 12th, 6.8 in graduation and 90 percentile in CAT. Do I have any chances of admission?

You have very high chances of getting call for GD and PI process. So, start preparing for it.
6 years ago I failed in 2nd PU PCMCs and unable to complete my supplementary. Can I join other courses like BE or Diploma without passing 2nd PU?

It is mandatory to complete 2nd PU by passing all the subjects. It is not easy to get admissions in UG without clearing 2nd PU from a recognized board with minimum qualifying percentage.
