College donot give placement but it give much knowledge that we can achieve our goals.
Placements: There is no such placements in any company from the college side. It depends upon our hardwork to crack any exam of different jobs. Students got internship from some agro industries like GEE PEE biofertilizers, verka. Some visits are organised by college for understand working.
Infrastructure: All types of laboratories are present in different departments, facilities of free Wi-Fi is available, smart classes and a big library are established in the campus, Good quality food is present in mess and canteens, free medical facilites in PAU hospital, all playgrounds are available in campus.

A good college with good faculty, infrastructure, and campus.
Placements: Almost all the students who reside in India and want a job get placed, and the rest, who want to work in their respective fields, don't apply for jobs. Almost 90% of the students from our senior batch got placed in different fields such as managers in Cooperative Bank or ADOs (agriculture development officers) or FDO (forest development officers) or food department. A great score is needed to get placed in foreign countries.
Infrastructure: Overall, the infrastructure of the college is very good with a lot of greenery as it is an agricultural university. It has all the basic amenities like good and well-maintained playgrounds. The campus is very big. The college also provides the Wi-Fi facility. The classrooms are a bit old, but they are big and spacious. The college has a big library named Mohinder Singh Randhawa library. The hostel rooms for boys are pathetic as 4-5 students share one room. Except this, everything is good.
Faculty: Almost all the professors are doctorates, and they are specialised in their fields. They are helpful in giving lectures, but only a few of them provide the notes, and we have to maintain our own notes. The college follows the semester system. The college conducts exams three times per semester. They conduct hourlies first, followed by mid-term and at last, they conduct the finals.
Other: Some events like Youthfest is organised annually, and some other activities like Saras Mela, Kisan Mela and other exhibitions are organised occasionally. The college occasionally organises these events as it is located in the heart of the city.

    A:
    {Source: B.E. / B.Tech students & alumni}

Is B.E./B.Tech at Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) Ludhiana worth the investment?

Here's what students and alumni have to say:

    Pros:

    * Cooperative Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified, helpful, and knowledgeable in their subjects.
    * Relevant Curriculum: The course curriculum is designed well, providing a balance between theory and practical knowledge.
    * Placements: Although limited, some students have secured placements with reputed companies like John Deere, Mahindra, Tafe, and Amul.
    * Scholarship Opportunities: Scholarships are available to students from rural backgrounds and reserved categories.
    * Events and Cultural Programs: The university organizes various events and cultural programs to engage students.

    Cons:

Q:   Can I get Punjab Agricultural University, MBA with a 75 percentile in CAT?

    A:

Yes, you can get Punjab Agricultural University's MBA programme in agribusiness with a 75 percentile in CAT.Many MBA colleges accept CAT percentiles in the range of 70-80, giving more weightage to candidates' profiles than the CAT exam scores. While securing a 75 percentile in CAT might not be as difficult as getting an IIM call, there are still several top-tier management colleges that offer MBA admission based on CAT 75 percentile.Keep in mind that while a 75 percentile in CAT can get you admission to the college, you should also possess a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university or institution with the minimum aggregate marks, usually in the range of 50% to 60%, depending on the college and category of the candidate (General, SC/ST, OBC, etc.).
