Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University has not specified the minimum aggregate for any of the offered course. However, a minimum of Class 12 is required to apply for a UG programme. 70% in Class 12 is a decent score and aspirants can get admission based on it provided they also meet the other selection requirements. 

Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University releases application form in June-July via online mode. The applications usually closes in August. Any aspirant applying for admission after the deadline have to pay a late fee along with the application fee. Once the application process is over, the university conducts the entrance test in the first week of October.
