I do not have much idea about it. Yes, it is difficult. There are 29 seats in the general category and plenty of applicants. There are usually just two counseling sessions, because not many people cancel. So, it's not necessarily the standard of questions which makes it difficult-it's the competition, thus making the test a high scoring one. If your board percentage is exceptionally good, there's a chance that you might make it through with a mediocre admission test score, but otherwise, it becomes pretty difficult. Not preparing for JEE is irrelevant. A higher level of preparation obviously helps, but there are a lot of people who get in from commerce and humanities backgrounds. The questions are not as difficult as the JEE level, they are very conceptual and application-based and can be tackled by a thorough reading of your +2 textbooks.
I followed RD Sharma and SN Dey's books through the 2 years and revised them again before my admission exam. Try to do the MCQs at the end of the chapters. Apart from these, solve previous year's papers-they are available on the college website. When I gave it last year, the exam had a lot of calculus and it's applications and more of a business math approach. There is also a 20 mark essay after the Maths section, so make sure you have enough time left over for that.
Best of luck.

Placements : Since it's a new university emerged in 2015, there's no graduated batch yet. The placement offers for the MBA students in the university are really impressive. The promised placements are only redeemable on completion of the final year which no batch has completed yet. Infrastructure : The infrastructure is the best attraction of Presidency University. The campus is vast. Libraries, Sodexo, coffee day and many others facilities are available within the university. Sports are encouraged as we have a football ground and cricket nets. All the classrooms are large and comfortable. Every room has a projection screen with a projector. As a law student, I am not much aware of labs, but I believe that they are very good from what I have heard from my engineering friends. The university has a medical room for treating students with qualified doctors. The emergency ambulance is also available. Sodexo provides a variety of food options in both veg and non-veg. The college is a hygiene area. The hostels are located outside the university, but they are at a closer range. I haven't faced any issues related to infrastructure till now. Faculty : The faculty members are really great. They are available for any doubt clarification. They really helped me in learning difficult subjects like law and also helped me to gain more interest in the subject. The quality of teaching is at par. Other : The university organises various national and international conferences. The national moot court competitions are also conducted. The university organised its fest recently. Named as Meraki, it was a festival for everyone.
