Hi,
Yes, you can get admission on the basis of home state quota. You should choose branches other than CSE. You can go for civil, electrical, mechanical, electronics and information technology.
5 years ago Is there any fee waiver for SC/STcandidates in PEC-Chandigarh? Is it also applicable if a student is from another state?

The SC and ST candidates are exempted from paying tuition fees in NITs. So, they have to pay the mess or other charges. While in PEC 50% tuition fee waiver is provided to SC/ST students.

As there is a high cut-off for the CSE branch in PEC, but under your said score and category you may have a chance to get admission there.

 As you have scored 80 percentile in JEE Mains exam 2019, so you are eligible to participate in the JOSAA counselling process. The seats will be allocated on the basis of your rank in JEE Mains exam.

As per your score, it will be difficult for you to get admission in this college.
At the same time apply for some private colleges also.
