VIT and UPES both are very good colleges. Both have good placements. Some of my friends are in VIT. They are getting good education and I am studying in UPES. I didn't give exam for VIT. Because I prefer UPES more than VIT. According to me, Education system in UPES is better.

SRM-R is more established and has been there for many years. However, I feel the curriculum in VIT is more academic and focused. Also, all the branches of VIT compete among each other for better results. It's a tough call but i would prefer VIT Bhopal because of the better curriculum and bhopal may be a newer campus but it will come up as VIT makes sure that its brand name prevails.

This is the newest campus of VIT and last year, students got CSE below 1 lakh rank easily and I think, it's not a better option to take admission in Bhopal campus because fee structure similar to VIT, Vellore and Chennai campus somewhat. And, its infrastructure is not fully completed and still, it's under development.
If you think to take admission in VIT, then you should refer Vellore or Chennai campus now and if you are not getting this campus, then you should try other universities or college. So, it's better to take Bennet University.

This year, VIT is taking admission for Ranks above 1,00,000 in Bhopal Campus. You should go and check there. There is a possibility you could get admission. Bhopal is a newer campus and. So, its slowly picking momentum. The best option will be to go and attend counselling in Bhopal as only this year VIT has started counselling for 100k above ranks. All the Best!

VIT Bhopal is open recently so can't talk about the placements in VIT Bhopal but the way of teaching and courses, smart classes develop your skill very well which is applied in VIT Bhopal also so it is better to take admission in VIT Bhopal. As VIT-Bhopal was established in 2017, the cut-off will be low but not as low as you are mentioning. But I think you can get Bhopal or Amravati Campus. I will suggest you to see for other good colleges in your area like Jaipur or other good colleges in Bhopal, Indore and cities around you. If you have given JEE Mains then you can also go through that process. But mean while for B.Tech admissions in VIT, you are eligible they are taking rank upto 1.5 Lacs and above so you are eligible but you will get which stream it is hard to tell. I will suggest if you don't get your desired branch please don't take any branch just to study at VIT-Bhopal. You can try for other good colleges. Fill JEE Mains counselling round form and take part in that process also.

VIT Bhopal's scene can only get to know by going there. There may be a chance that you do get CSE but attend the counselling there. Bhopal has not had even 1 batch passing out yet. But VIT has combined placements so if you study well in your 4 years irrespective of your campus you would get placed.
