You can do you MSc-Math with application of computer science (MACS) from IGNOU. This is 2 to 4 years of program without any age restriction. The fee is about Rs. 22000. The minimum eligibility criteria of program is graduates from a recognized University/Institution with a major, or honors in mathematics with at least fifty percent marks in aggregate. Graduates with BA /B.Sc degree with Mathematics as one of the three main subjects with equal weightage, securing at least 50 percent marks in aggregate and 55 percent in Mathematics will be considered. First of all, if you are not interested in engineering, then you should opt for the course that you love the most and are most passionate about and analyze the future work conditions, scope and growth prospects before taking admission.
You can also opt for psychometric test comprising of Aptitude, personality and career interest to clear confusion.
But, I would recommend you to complete your engineering, because you have already invested 2 years in the same, if you would give only 1 year, then it will be fine but 2 years is a huge time.
