I got 726th rank in sastra University can I get seat in CSE and may I know the fee structure per year.

It's hard to get CSE with your rank. You will get other branches. Fee structure- 75,000 per sem = 1,50,000 per year
Hostel - 10,000 per year
Mess fee - 3,700 per month.

My Tamil Nadu rank is 3831, whether there is a chance to get EEE, mech or ict in sastra.

You can get other branches with your score but not CSE. If you want to get CSE, you can join in any branch and get CG of 9 and you can change your branch. IT is also same as CSE. If you want you can join.
