Hi,
You cannot get computer science engineering in SASTRA University with this score. I will suggest you to go for information technology, electronics engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, etc.

It depends on your interest and convenience. Although you can prefer SASTRA University due to its good placement, infrastructure, faculty members, etc.

There is a lot of competition for CSE. There might be a chance for you to get admission in CSE, the probability is quite less. But you can get admission easily in other departments like ECE or mechanical easily.

I'll prefer you to opt for the UPES, as this is the best college from all the colleges that you have mentioned above on the basis of placements, infra and faculty.

Yes, you can get admission in Sastra University for aerospace engineering with this score in JEE Mains and board. You should apply for this college at the time of counselling.

The method of conversion to percentage is explained in your marksheets. Generally, we multiply the CGP with 9.5 to get equivalent percentage. Although chances are low for you to get a seat in SASTRA, but you should appear in counselling.

It will cost you around 4-5 lakhs for the whole course plus hostel and mess if you opt for the college hostel.
