Sastra is a good institution for B.Tech in branches.
IT is also a good branch in SASTRA. You can go ahead with IT as it has very good placements as the companies which approach the institute are IT based (most of them).

Yes, you can be able to get admission in this college at this score and rank but you can't be able to get admission in the desired branch in which you want to take admission.
