According to me, ECE from Sastra is better. But if you prefer computer Science then you can also go for CSE from BNMIT.

Unfortunately, no. The demand for CSE is higher and it requires at least 98.5% marks or above 150 marks in JEE. Try in other universities.

You can get the admission via stream-2 since you have very good marks in board exams.

Anna University - cutoff (Physics 50, Chemistry 50, Maths 100) convert it into the equivalent and add it to 200 that's your cutoff.
Sastra University stream 1
- total score (70%) + JEE (30%)
Stream 2 -board (100%).

The answer is no to your question. A science student can never be an engineer, and Sastra University doesn't allow these kind of transitions in the middle. I wish, you could continue with M.Sc.
