Hi,
SASTRA University takes admission through two streams.
As you have appeared for JEE exams you should apply for stream 1. The admission is done by converting both of your JEE scores and board exam marks into a percentile. Means JEE marks 30% and 12th scores 70%.
There is no need to apply separately for stream 2 which includes only board exam marks.
You have qualified JEE Mains and if you have around 90-95% then you are sure to get admission.

Your 12th score is good but according to current education policies, you have to qualify and score good in JEE or any state CET exam for engineering in India.

Hi Harshini, since you are applying through stream 2 those who get the highest marks are given the higher priority and the availability of seats in a course will determine your admission.
I think you might get admission but not in your desired course since 70% of the seats are filled through stream 1, there are only medium chances for you to get admission.
The official website of sastra university is www.sastra.edu.
All the best!

Stream 1: JEE scores and board exam marks. (70percentof seats)
Stream 2: only board exam marks (30 percent of seats)
Since, you have only the board exam scores and the board exam marks is also a little low, you have medium or low chances only to get admission at Sastra University, Thanjavur.
The website is www.sastra.edu. And the last date is June 10.
So, apply for counselling and try your luck.
