Hi, I'm sorry to hear about the situation with your NRI sponsor refusing to pay the second-year fee at SASTRA. In such cases, it's important to explore alternative options to pay the fee and ensure the continuation of your education. Here are a few suggestions:
1. Personal Savings: If you have personal savings or funds available, you can consider using them to pay the fee. Evaluate your financial situation and determine if you can cover the fee from your own resources.
2. Education Loans: Explore the possibility of obtaining an education loan from a financial institution. Many banks offer education loans specifically designed to assist students with their academic expenses. Research the loan options available to you and consider their terms and conditions.
3. Scholarships and Grants: Inquire about scholarships, grants, or financial aid programs offered by SASTRA University or external organizations. These opportunities can provide financial assistance to eligible students based on various criteria such as academic performance, merit, or specific fields of study.
4. Part-Time Work or Internships: Consider taking up part-time work or internships to earn money to cover the fee. Look for opportunities within or outside the university campus that can provide you with financial support.
5. Discuss with the University: Reach out to the financial aid or student support services office at SASTRA University. Explain your situation and seek guidance regarding alternative payment options or possible assistance programs they may have in place to support students facing financial difficulties. It's essential to communicate openly with the university and explore all available resources and options. They may be able to provide further guidance, offer flexible payment plans, or connect you with relevant support services. Remember, each institution may have its own policies and procedures in place to handle such situations, so it's important to reach out to SASTRA University directly for personalized advice and assistance.

Hi, Sastra University's admission process and cutoffs can vary from year to year, depending on several factors such as the number of applicants and the performance of candidates in the entrance exams. However, based on your TS IPE (Intermediate Public Examination) marks of 90.4% and JEE Mains score of 71.3925721, you have a chance of getting admission to Sastra University. Sastra University considers a combination of scores from different entrance exams for admission to their engineering programs. While JEE Mains score is one of the factors considered, the university also conducts its own entrance exam called Sastra Engineering Entrance Examination (SEEE). The final selection is based on a candidate's performance in both JEE Mains and SEEE, along with other criteria such as academic records and category-wise reservations. To have a clearer understanding of your chances of admission, it is recommended to check the previous year's cutoff ranks and scores for Sastra University's engineering programs. This information can be found on the official website or admission brochure of the university. By comparing your scores with the previous year's cutoff, you can get an estimate of your chances of admission. Additionally, keep in mind that cutoffs may vary each year, and it's important to consider multiple factors such as the number of applicants and the specific category-wise reservation policies. It's advisable to keep alternative options in mind and apply to other engineering colleges as well. For the most accurate and up-to-date information on Sastra University's admission process, including cutoffs and eligibility criteria, I recommend visiting their official website or contacting their admission office directly. They will be able to provide you with the specific details and guidance regarding your chances of admission.
