Admission to Sastra University's Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) programme is based on a combination of academic performance in qualifying exams such as JEE Mains and class 12 or equivalent board exams, as well as other factors such as availability of seats and competition from other applicants. While your performance in both the exams is quite good, it's difficult to predict your chances of getting a seat in the CSE programme at Sastra University. Admission decisions depend on various factors such as the number of applicants, the cutoff scores for admission, and the availability of seats.

SASTRA University is a well-known institution in India that has a character for furnishing high-quality education in a variety of fields, including engineering, wisdom, and humanities.
The academic part fully depends on the department you study in and the faculties who handle your subjects. However, you'll grow up to come one of those who suppose it's cool to detest engineering, If you're wedged with people who suppose furnishing further marks on a test motivates the pupil to study well. On the other hand, if you have people who motivate you to learn to wangle and make you realize your factual eventuality, these will be the stylish 4 times of your life.
All departments have exploration scholars. Choose your instructors wisely. Every department has planned sessions on motifs related to their departments. noway miss those sessions to know what you're interested in( In case you have not figured that out formerly).
Life at SASTRA purely depends on whether you're a day scholar or a taverner. My advice would be to choose to stay in a hotel though you live hard. The effects you learn in your hotel will help you more in your life than the effects you learn in your classrooms. Choose your roommates wisely. Also better be ready to lead a rough life with frequent power cuts, water failure, indigestible food, sick bathrooms, and toilets, and some largely prickly late-night dreamers.
Some stupid rules might feel prickly originally, but once you get used, they will not count important. Many hotel wardens suppose they enjoy you just because they have the attendance register. Though you constantly get the willful feeling of punching them in the face, noway argue with them or differently they will do their stylish to make your life miserable.
There's the ineluctable Krishna canteen which sells succulent food at prices you can not indeed imagine. And cover also sells food but is preferred substantially by couples as the food then's premium and the place looks cooler.
Department fests, specialized fests, and artistic fests, though not as fancy and chivalrous as the other notorious sodalities, do try their stylish to make it a megahit and it does come one mostly. However, you have a slight chance of making it to the organizing platoon, If you're talented enough and are a musketeer with the former organizers.
Then are some pros and cons of studying at SASTRA University.
Pros: SASTRA has a strong academic character and is constantly ranked among the top universities in India. The university has a different pupil population and offers a range of undergraduate and graduate programs.
SASTRA has several exploration centers and collaborations with assiduity mates, furnishing scholars with openings for hands-on experience and externships.
The university's lot is well-equipped with ultramodern installations and coffers. It's the only private university in Tamilnadu to take admission through Joint Entrance Examination Mains. Their admission process is merit-grounded and transparent.
The pupil crowd of the university is great. You'll be in a competitive terrain. SASTRA University has the smallest freights among the universities of the same league.
Cons: SASTRA University is located in Thanjavur, which may not be an accessible position for all scholars. The universities freight may be high for some scholars.
Some scholars may find the focus on academics to be violent, with a heavy workload and high prospects. It's important to note that these are general compliances and may not apply to every pupil's experience.
I encourage you to probe the university further and speak with current or former scholars to gain a further comprehensive understanding of what studying at SASTRA University would be like for you.
The messy food isn't that good.
My musketeers also complain about the hotel installations.
You will not have numerous chances to visit home.
For more information, you may visit the Shiksha SASTRA University page.
