Students with Minimum cutoff may or may not get a seat at the Saveetha Institute of Medical and technical Sciences. The admissions at this University are given based on the cutoff of JEE and NEET. These cutoffs differ each year and is susceptible to change on a yearly basis. The admissions are based on the seat availability for each of the courses and the reservation of seats. Additionally, a student must have scored 75% and more inorder to be eligible for the admissions at the Saveetha Institute. Incase they want to do the Engineering courses they must get good marks and qualify for the JEE cutoff. The same goes for the Science courses. They must get good marks qualify for the NEET cutoff. Incase the student wants admissions for courses such as the BA, B.Sc Courses they don't need the entrance exams

Life at Saveetha University is very good. There are many good extra co-curicular activities at the university which gives the students various opportunities to show up thier skills, other than the normal syllabus. The university is disciplined and the students need to be desciplined and cooperative to the faculties. The university also organizes special coachings for weak students so that they can also exel in thier exams. Thier website is regularly updated with study content which helps the students to study. Regular feedback is also taken from the students about the campus life and academics. Students are also provided with various internship and project based tasks so that they become industry ready. So by seeing these factors it cannot be denied that life at SIMTTS is awesome.

Saveetha University is a very good option if you want to make your bright career, So taking about the facts that make this university diffrent from other universities is its rankings and campus life. It is ranked #262 out of 876 in india, which is a very good ranking. Also it is ranked #12 out of 25 in chennai. These rankings are enough to say that is a very good ranked university in terms of management, engineering and especially Dentistry. Plus the campus life at this university is also very good, students are given internships and project based tasks so that thewledge in thier respey can get the practical knoctive feilds which make them ready for the industry. In addition this University follows OBE ie., outcome based learning system which helps the students exel in thier respective feilds.
