The top companies that come for recruitment are Times of India, Nestle, BYJUS, Balleybolly, etc. All students who opted for internships have gotten golden opportunities. Infrastructure: There is a studio for recording anchoring videos, a radio room, Wi-Fi is available everywhere on the campus, Yogananda library is voted to be the best in the state and classrooms are equipped with projectors. The hostels are well furnished, clean and have mess canteen as well. The health centre is there for students' comfort. Badminton court, Basketball court, cricket stadium, and indoor complex is there for sports and indoor games like table tennis. Carrom, chess etc. Can be played in the hostel's common room as well.
Faculty: Our head of the Department, Mr. Vipin Pubby has been the editor of Indian Express and has also been Journalist for over 35 years. Other teachers are MS Ranjana Thakur, who has PhD in Journalism and MS Indus Negi, who has worked with My FM. We have been given proper training to make us industry-ready. We bring out a bulletin every week where all the work is done by the Journalism department. The exams are not that difficult.

It is a good college, but there is still room for improvement.
Placements: The campus placements are good. But for journalism, not many companies visit the campus, which could be improved. The number of students who got placed is also very low. But I guess it will improve with time as ours is the 3rd batch of journalism from this university.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite good as it is located on a hill. It feels like heaven. The hostel is good, and the food is edible. The services provided are pretty good. The rooms are clean, and students' request to be with their friends is accepted.
Faculty: There were some unnecessary subjects at the beginning of the course. But the relevant theoretical subjects are taught well, but they should focus on providing more practical knowledge. We have some industrial visits every year for us to get an idea about the industry works.
Other: Events and fests are organised at a good level. There are scholarships for the deserving students.
