It involves substantial research work and presentation of a thesis, which is to be accredited by fellow academicians. By undertaking a Ph.D, a person displays the following:
Mastery over one's subject.
Respect for the Discipline.
Capacity of conducting research.
Ability to expand the horizons of knowledge in one's subject.
Research is highly valued by corporate now, and in the years to come, its value will only go up. A prime example of a research-driven sector is the pharmaceutical sector. In the years to come, we are bound to see a greater number of sectors giving importance to research and development.

As per the university website, they have the approval and recognition of all statutory national bodies, including the UGC. All technical courses are approved by the AICTE, NCTE. JJTU has been in existence since February 2009 when the Government of Rajasthan announced its establishment as per the Act 2009. However, the Trust Rajasthani Seva Sangh Mumbai is running more than a dozen educational institutes in Mumbai.
Among its various facilities are air cooled hostels, excellent Mess and Cafeteria, a well-equipped auditorium and seminar halls, a well-stocked library, Indoor and outdoor sports facilities, well-coordinated transport network, Wi-fi hot spots, 247 internet access and round the clock security.
They have an independent placement cell to facilitate campus placements and jobs for the students. The placement cell also imparts training in soft skills, personality development, written and oral skills and about overall employment trends in both corporate and public sectors.
