Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology (SKUAST), Shalimar Kashmir offers the BVSC and AH (Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry) programme. The selection of candidates for the programme is done based on the merit of the NEET exam. To be eligible for BVSC and AH programme at SKUAST, a candidate must have appeared in the NEET-UG exam and must have scored the minimum qualifying percentile in the exam. The minimum qualifying percentile for NEET-UG 2022 for General category candidates is 50th percentile, for SC/ST/OBC candidates it is 40th percentile, and for General-PwD candidates it is 45th percentile. The actual cut-off marks for admission to SKUAST BVSC programme will depend on various factors like the number of candidates appearing in the NEET exam, difficulty level of the exam, number of seats available, etc. Therefore, it is difficult to predict the exact marks required for selection in SKUAST BVSC programme.
