Candidates with a valid BPlan/BArch/or any other bachelor’s degree from a recognised university or organisation are eligible. For BArch at SPA Delhi, the applicant must have a minimum of 50% aggregate in Class 12 examinations with Mathematics as a compulsory subject. In addition, the aspirants with a valid Diploma are also eligible to take admission. Candidates further need to submit or present the Class 12/diploma pass certificate at the time of admission.
