Can I get admission in NITs, IITs or SPA? I have scored 170 marks in B.Arch. and 72% in 12th.

Sorry but your marks are not enough that can help you to get a college because above 300 marks are considered for admissions in B.Arch. So, you should try for any private college.

Can I get admission in SPA, Delhi with 230 marks in JEE Mains? I am from Haryana and belong to OBC category.

According to your marks you may get SPA, Delhi in the last round, but you will get SPA-Bhopal, NIT-patna or BIT-Mesra.

SPA 2017 will be conducted in the month of April 2017, application date is over long ago. You can also join SPA through JEE Mains also.

No, if you take NATA, you cannot seek admission at School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi. School of Planning and Architecture offers admission on the basis of JEE Main Paper 2 followed by the CSAB Counselling.
