Hi Nikul,
Both the colleges (SPA and Sir JJ College) are very good. I would say SPA has better brand value because of the visibility it has got in the world.

You need to be in 10% cut off bracket ,
SPA delhi is best institute for architecture and for best you really need a good score. in my opinion you need to score 250+ for guaranteed admission in architecture but 215 would be enough for admission
