Now on taking drop you must see your score in entrance exams specially CAT if you scored more than 80 percentile Than yes take a drop and study for top notch college. Give your all day and night for good score. If you scored less than you have to think about a year that will be wasted by you. As competition getting tougher companies are selecting only best talent. With 1 more year gap you will be taking risk. But yeah if you can score 90- 95% in CAT then take drop.
