First of all, I would suggest you think again before taking PM & HRD although it's good but, I would suggest you to do HR from top colleges like TISS, NMIMS Mumbai, etc. You would definitely get better opportunities from these colleges. Now, let's talk about Balaji Institute of Modern Management's Pm & HRD.
BIMM is no doubt a good college, and majority of its students pursue PGDM in marketing. So, college focuses more on marketing placements but they didn't take HR lightly. They call many big companies in campus like Vedanta, TCS, Amazon, Infosys, Deloitte, etc. And common placements we have seen in HR is 4-7 but the highest goes to 14.5 Lacs and minimum is 3.5 LPA, but average if 5 LPA (if you are average student then you can expect this)
Note- BIMM & BIMHRD both are good to pursue PM&HRD. Suggestion- I would recommend that if you really want to pursue MBA in HR, then go for
1. IIMs
2. XLRI Jamshedpur
3. XIMB Bhubaneswar
4. TISS
5. NMIMS Mumbai
6. Sibm Pune, etc. But if you want finance, marketing, operations, business analytics, then go for BIMM
and it depends on your percentile in entrance exam if you have below 80 then no doubt go for BIMM (if you got, - let me clear that it's not that easy to get in BIMM although you can get other campus of Balaji but BIMM is tough).

First of all, the three specialisation for which you have got selected is completely different from each other so I want to know what's your interest towards?BIMHRD is ok ok. Placement is near about 4lpa. Opt out from other 2. I am a current BIMM Marketing Student but if you get BIMM then I must say go for it. It's good and worth taking.

It depends on your score. If you have better options than Balaji, then go for it but as far as I know, if you have 75 percentile to 80 percentile than BIMM is a good option even in PM&HRD, many good companies come for recruitment like Vedanta, Amazon, Cognizant, TCS, etc. who offers 12-14 LPA. I guess, it is much better than any other college, but if you have 90 percentile + in CMAT and 80-90+ in CAT, then go for Welingkar Mumbai, NIRMA, TAPMI, KJ, FORE Delhi, etc., but if you have below 80 in CAT, then Balaji is the best option. The only cons I think is its 365 days working culture, with a 90+ attendance, but if you can sustain its working culture, then its one of the best option in tier 2 college
in terms of placements.
HR package can range from 4-7 for maximum students
but if you can perform good, then you can get 12-14 LPA. Hope it helped your queries!

But, one thing I can suggest you is, if possible fill the application form, and if you get a call from SBS, try to perform well in GD/PI, because they give more weightage to GD/PI.

IMT is a brand but IMT Ghaziabad is in Hyderabad with an average package of 8 LPA and minimum fees of 12 lakhs. The overall fees of BIMM is approximately 9 LPA. If you are getting an average package of 6.75 LPA then it is good.

IPE is a better option than BIMM or Christ as later ones are known for their BA courses, not MBA.

As mentioned by my friend in the above answer, I would like to add that if you want a better ROI and good company then BIMM can be your choice where as if you have any location constraint then you can choose NDIM, it is an average college in Delhi.
