Apart from that, there are broadband technology / Digital cable / Internet services / computerized equipment etc and it resulting the increasing demand for the personnel who can deal with the related activities. So, on that basis, the scope for telecom professionals is good and, when there is good scope, it means the job opportunities are also growing rapidly in this sector. Overall, prospects are looking good. There is a great demand of qualified and skilled professionals with hands on experience and good knowledge. Telecom players are attracting talent by offering lucrative telecom job packages in order to boost their expansion plans. On an average, the fresher salary is in the range of Rs 3-5 lakhs per annum. Those who provide customer assistance services fetch something between Rs 2.5-3 lakhs per annum. Experienced professionals can get around Rs 8-12 lakhs per annum.
