The selection process consists of 3 rounds- Essay writing followed by GD and PI. The topics for both GD as well as essay includes General awareness and the current topics like last year there was demonetization as one of the topic.

I would suggest you give the MAT exam conducted in May. You have chances to get admitted with this score, but if you can improve your score, there would be better chances.

Yes, you can get admission because BIMHRD gives only 35% weightage to scores and rest weightage will be given on your academic record, GD-PI and work experience.

Academics is not the only criteria for getting into BIMM. You don't have to be very fluent. Try mock GD's and practice hard. I am sure you will excel.

Placements in HR is very good. This year the highest package for HR was 14 LPA from BIMM. As per ranking, BIMM is better.

You have very good chances of getting in SBS with an executive degree. Perform well in the GD/PI of the admission process.
