BIMM-Pune is better than IMS-Indore. Balaji institutes have a good brand name among MBA colleges. BIMM is also ranked above IMS-Indore by various websites.

I have no clue about BIMHRD, however, your CET percentile is low to get into top colleges. It is always good to do MBA from good colleges with good placement records.

SIES has good faculty members for HR. Not just that, the placements are good too. We had companies like RBI for the summer internship this year. I do not know much about BIMM, Pune as I am representing SIES.
