Minimum package is Rs 3.8 lakhs.
BIMM has hectic schedule which an ITM student can't follow and fees is less in BIMM and more in ITM.

Yes, Balaji College is a good option. You can do PGDM from that college.

IMT-Nagpur would be a better option. It is a good college and have been doing well in placements. Also, BIMM doesn't have a very good brand name as compared to IMT-Nagpur.
