Yes, you can take CSE in the 2nd year. If you want to change the branch i.e. civil, mechanical, electrical, etc., you can change.

SVUCET 2018 dates are not out yet. Last Date to Fill Application Form:- April 2018 (Tentative)
SVUCET 2018 exam Dates:- May 2018 (Tentative)
