With a rank of 14,147 in SRMJEEE, getting admission to the B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) programme at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Kattankulathur (KTR) may be challenging, but it is not impossible. Admission depends on various factors, such as:Campus Demand: The CSE branch is usually in high demand, so the cutoff rank for this course is generally higher, especially for the KTR campus.Previous Year Cutoffs: Typically, the CSE cutoff at SRM KTR is quite competitive, often ranging from 1,000 to 10,000 for general category students. However, it can vary year to year based on factors like the number of applicants and the exam difficulty.Category: If you belong to a reserved category (e.g., SC/ST), you might have a higher chance of getting in with your rank.Management Quota: If you are open to exploring management quota or direct admission options, it could increase your chances, though it would come at a higher fee.
