Hello Path, Ph.D. is not a regular programme lije BE or ME. Hence there are no limits on number of vacancies etc. It all depends on number of guides available in a particular college and the number of students who can clear entrance exam for Ph.D. Normally speaking, you should approach the institute from whhete you did your PG or from which university you want to do Ph.D. You will have to search a lot since such information is not readily available. But remember, where there is will, there is a way!

So it would be best if you compared them on the following parameters. Curriculum development: Is the curriculum at the university is upgraded with industry inputs. Teaching pedagogy: Your college must have experiential learning practices. More the practical, better it is. Infrastructure: To support the practical and theoretical aspects of the curriculum. Internships: For learning hands in real-time situations. Professional enhancement: The college must focus on personality development, soft skills, interpersonal skills, work ethics, etc. Technologies: The curriculum must include training on cutting-edge technologies like SAP, GitHub, etc. Student diversity: When the class comprises diverse nationalities, students learn working in corporate, teamwork, and cross-cultural sensibilities.
