I think no as both college are different and have different admission process so if you taken admission in Ramapuram then not possible to transfer to Amaravati or sonipat campus.

MS Ramiah is one of the best private colleges of India, so if you got the chance to get admission there then just go for it, it is better than SRM and VIT in every aspect.
