Hello, Although both the colleges are not good for BJMC courses.
But still, if you have only these two options to join then you may go with Institute of Management Studies-Noida. The reason for my saying this is lack of quality infrastructure and other resources for students academic welfare.
However, if you are bound to join IMS-Noida (due to no other options), then be prepared to stand on your own legs. The college is affiliated with a low graded state university (I.e., Chaudhry Charan Singh University-Meerut). You have to write a lot (I mean very long answers) to gain marks and pass the semester exams. But if you try hard then definitely you will succeed in BJMC. When we talk about the placement, its fine. If you have some sufficient industrial exposure with some big employer, and having something extra which can give an extra edge over other students, surely you will be well placed.
