Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) offers several courses across multiple specialisations. As there are a limited number of seats, and ever rising competition, it can be quite a challenge to secure a seat at the university. However, practice and persistance is the key. Students can certainly secure their spot at TNAU with right amount of strategic prepartion. Since admissions for native Tamil students are mostly merit-based, students must focus on their academic performance beforehand. Those applying via entrance tests must score well in the accepted entrance exam. It can be a difficult task, however it is certainly attainable.

Latest cutoff information for in Agriculture at TNAU: - Minimum Cut off for in Agriculture: For this course, the minimum mark is 140 or more.- Expected Cut off for 2024: The expected cutoff for the 2024 academic year is likely to be between 190 and 180 marks.- Cut off for 2022: The TNAU UG cutoff 2022 has been published on the official site by the university for its offered and B.Tech courses. As per TNAU UG cut off 2022, a general category candidate was required to have a minimum score of 183.33.- Eligibility Criteria: The candidate should abide by conditions established by the University in order to be admitted into their programs. Students should have completed their 10+2 from a recognized board or equivalent with mandatory subjects like PCMB or PCB. Students from any other than Tamil Nadu boards cannot apply for Tamil Nadu BSc Agriculture Admission.- Minimum Marks: In HSC, applicants for the unreserved category have to get at least 55% score while SC/ST candidates may pass with 35% or just pass. Most Backward Classes should have an overall score of 45%, while Backward Classes and Backward Class Muslims need 50% marks in order to enter Tamil Nadu BSc Agriculture Admission.
