The total number of seats for M.Sc (Integrated) in TEZU are 22. Hence, if you belongs to general category your rank should be under 10. While for OBCs rank should be below the 36(As per TUEE 2019 merit list).

As far as I know, you can not pursue both the courses at the same time. you will have to complete your ma first or can switch to BEd whatever suits your choice or your career aim.
