According to second counselling list of Thapar University, minimum 117 is minimum JEE Mains marks for CSE (outside Punjab).
For COE, it is a bit high. But, you will get this branch in-person counselling.

Look, it depends upon the cut off Thapar Univertsity. According to the lists released till now, you cannot get admission in computer engineering. But, you are applicable for other branches. It is up to your luck, if you get admission in-person

Yes, you can. It depends in which you want. You can get ECE or other branches easily. Since computer engineering seats have been increase, so yes you may get that also in-person counselling.

Not as such. For some branches like, Mechanical, ECE etc. Thapar University is good over SRM. I agree to a point that in SRM, you can get more exposure than Thapar University.

According to the cut-off lists of Thapar, your rank can get you in ECE or ENC easily.
